Vice-Chairman

Bruce Turnbull

After living in the village with my wife for over 25 years, I began my involvement in the Parish Council as an interested resident in 2020, originally as a co-opted member. I was elected as Parish Councillor in 2023, I am now serving as Vice-Chairman.

I moved to the village whilst still serving in the Army, based at Swanton Morley, prior to my final posting to RAF Wattisham – no, I didn’t meet Prince Harry. After leaving the Army I worked as an IT professional for Norfolk Constabulary, before hanging up my keyboard and mouse to enjoy my retirement.

Personally, I am still very interested in computers and technology, as well as spending my time walking my dog, swimming and archery.  You will often see me around the village being walked by Marvin.
